The brief: practical, simple + easy

Marshall II Project

Designed as an investment property, Marshall II is a refined and versatile home that appeals to the masses with its neutral colour palette and low-maintenance finishes. Positioned alongside its owner-occupied counterpart, this dual-occupancy residence combines timeless design with functionality, making it an ideal choice for renters.

The kitchen serves as a welcoming focal point, featuring an engineered stone benchtop and soft grey-green cabinetry for a modern, understated aesthetic. Timber-look laminate on the pantry wall adds warmth and texture, while the kitchen island showcases custom timber legs, offering a unique feature without exceeding budget constraints.

The bathrooms reflect a simple yet elevated design approach. Terrazzo-look tiles in warm tones provide depth and interest, complemented by handmade-look white subway tiles on the feature walls for a clean and classic finish. Brushed nickel fixtures and fittings lend timeless appeal, while wall-mounted taps offer practicality and ease of cleaning.

Marshall II is a thoughtfully designed home with universal appeal, blending functionality and style to suit a broad range of tenants, ensuring it remains a desirable rental property for years to come.
